CCN can be a dust storm drifting through a cloud, or an updraft with dust particles in it. Water vapor while in the clouds condenses, or turns to liquid, all-around CCN. Invisible dust is often at the middle of each raindrop. The continuation of drought has induced h2o scarcity or drying up of so
